Very kind hosts. Good location in the village, very close to a bus station. Comfortable, clean apartment.

You should stress that linen, towels etc are NOT included. This is normal standard and nobody carries these items on a short holiday...

We're giving a low rating because we booked and paid for a 5 night stay and ended up moving out after the first night because: - Accommodation had very steep stairs that we found dangerous. We have a 4 month old baby that needs to be washed 5-6 times a day and the bathroom facilities were on the second floor. - The steep stairs and the bathroom location are not mentioned in the description of the accommodation. Photos of the home do not display the stairs as if it is done on purpose. Only a note "upper floors accessible by stairs" next to a wheelchair icon (which we find misleading as it mentioned next to accessibility in wheelchairs). Only Android version displays this info this way, which we used to book our stay). - When booking the accommodation we informed the hosts that we are travelling with a baby. The hosts did not warn us about the stairs. Unfortunately, when speaking to the hosts, we felt that they showed no understanding or cared about our concern. Their reaction was purely business oriented and no compensation was offered and zero flexibility was shown. Other: - Accommodation looks nicer on photos than in real life. Maintenance could be better - trees were dry, kitchen furniture is in a bad condition and old, floors are very bad quality plastic laminate, walls had spots, entrace door had a cracked window. - Minimum amenities included, like one roll of toilet paper :), bed sheets are for extra charge, etc. - Bedroom is on the upper floor and toilet is on the ground floor. - It is not soundproof even though the description states "soundproof". When flushing the toilet downstairs, our baby would wake up being upstairs.
