Great view from the room. Location is nice and peaceful although a bit out of the town. Room size was also great and everything was clean.

Breakfast wasn't great. Not many facilities. The receptionist booked a tour for us but we were disappointed afterwards as it was completely different to what he told us it would include. I would recommend booking your own tours online instead of through the hotel reception if you want to make sure you know what it actually involves.

Go to the spice factory it’s very good and close

The staff were amazing - carried our bags, helped us book things quickly and fairly priced. Really lovely and excellent throughout. Room was fantastic. View was excellent.

The room is huge with an amazing view. Bed is super comfortable. Shower is fab with hot water. Food is very good value and delicious - I had it delivered to my room each evening. Breakfast is curry, omelette, toast and jam. Staff are very kind and helpful.

Staff were extremely helpful organised a last minute cab as the one we booked let us down.

It’s a work in progress unfortunately right in front of our room they were building an extension of some sort so the beautiful views were A BIT impeded luckily we had booked for two nights the second in another room for the next night otherwise we would have been quite annoyed as they were fully booked.

Food taste.

We liked the view and the room a lot, the personnel is super nice and attentive of youf needs!

When we booked we didn't realize that it wouldn't be possible to reach Munnar by foot, and that you would need to take a car to go anywhere. It was also very humid and we had to wash some clothes that didn't dry for a few days. Little sidenote, there aren't any non hotel restaurants nearby, so the food is a bit more expensive than elsewhere around.
