I really appreciated the beautifully furnished interior, tasteful, modern, and comfortable. The entire place was exceptionally clean and well cared for, which made it feel welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location offered stunning views and a peaceful, serene atmosphere that was perfect for a relaxing getaway. I also liked the range of available amenities, which added convenience and made our stay more comfortable, especially the well-equipped kitchen and spacious layout.

Unfortunately, the communication with the host was quite poor, which significantly affected our experience. First, although the host kindly approved our late check-in at 17:30 (which was 30min after the official check-in time), we arrived to find the living room freezing cold. We tried to contact the agent for assistance with operating the gas fireplace, but received no response. Second, the prepaid electricity ran out around midnight on our first night, leaving us without any heating in the rooms while the temperature dropped to 5°C. We spent the night cold and uncomfortable. Third, one of the main reasons I chose this accommodation was the jacuzzi. Despite reading multiple reviews mentioning that it wasn’t working, I decided to give it a chance, hoping it had been fixed. Unfortunately, it still didn’t heat up. In the morning, I tried to contact the agent again but received no reply. I eventually had to escalate the matter and call the manager directly. To their credit, the team responded quickly once I reached the manager. They sent through electricity vouchers, arranged for someone to check the gas heater and the jacuzzi, and ultimately provided a portable gas heater that worked very well and kept us warm in the evenings. As for the jacuzzi, the technician turned it on and asked me to wait four hours for the water to warm up. Even after 10 hours, it remained cold, so I switched it off. Sadly, this was a major disappointment.

The fridge is far too small for 8x adults and very tiny freezer space to keep ice and frozen meals The jacuzzi did not work for the 1st couple of days which they came to fix

We liked everything the view was amazing, couches were comfortable the wifi was working well.... Place was clean, everything was on point.

The living room was cold, we stuggled with switching on the fire place ... The jacuzzi was not not getting warmer, the water was not warm enough
