Casa Vacanze Belleville

I am very glad that I chose Rosaria's apartment, because a very warm welcome and even more attention awaited me in Trani, which is perhaps the most beautiful city in the Bari-Puglia province. The host, Rosaria, was waiting for me on site and after handing over the key, she accompanied me to the apartment. I arrived early, but until then I could leave my bag comfortably in the house. I arrived in the city and the surrounding area on a creative-self-discovery trip, and the location of the accommodation was perfect for this, in a nice and quiet little street in the old town, but very close to everything, although the inner part of the city is not too big. The apartment is in a renovated old house, typically a narrow staircase, with a few steps (note that there is no elevator), on the upper floor. The apartment is wonderful, just like in the pictures, perfectly clean, well equipped, with perfect air conditioning, equipped kitchen, very nice bathroom and comfortable double bed and sofa. The bedroom is in a smaller, gallery room, there are a few steep stairs to get to it, take that into account, but I don't think there's any problem with that, all the details are clearly visible in the pictures. I think the breakfast was perfect to start the day, typical sweet Italian pastries, very delicious chilled juices, water, these are enough for several days. I started my day in a small local cafe, the breakfast in the apartment was perfect for that. But really, besides everything, Rosaria's attention and help were the most positive for me, one morning there was a very nice concert in the main square, for which she helped me to buy tickets (the Italian sales system was a bit complicated :D ), so I'm very grateful to her! I will definitely come back to them, anyway Bari and its surroundings are a very lovely place for me, and Trani is one of the most beautiful small towns in the area. Grazie Mille! :))

The property has a lot of character. The location is in a very good location.

No issues

The flat is in the heart of the Jewish district very close to the Castle and the Cathedral. It was perfect for our stay for just a few days.

You have to climb a few stairs to reach the bedroom and you need to mind your head to enter the room because the access is very low. Also the internal stair is quite slippery if you wear socks so caution is required especially during the evening.

Great location. Good AC. Nice bathroom, well lighted place, they even have a washer machine and an iron board and an iron which I really apreciated.

The place was advertised with "Italian breakfast". That is Not true. Tkhere is an expresso machine, with coffee provided. The owner explained to me really quick how to use it and several boxes of tea Other than that there were some cheap cookies, cheap toasts and some indivudually packed jelly. In the fridge 4 or 5 indvidual cups of cheap(store brand) yogurth (just one flavor and 2 boxes of again, cheap juice. How about Do Not advertise Italian breakfast, just coffee. Or leave some eggs and cold cuts and cheesse and that for me sounds more like an italian breakfast! It was a charming place but the doubled bed was really hard is not a good matress to sleep . I just slept there 2 nights, more that enough. Love the location, really easy access to every part of the city, the port and the center and shops. There are nice reatauranst around. The owner comment that there wwrw aome steps vut that is an understatement. Therw are a lot of steep stairs. A little incivenue ce if you have heavy luggage. The owner gave us a lot of instructions in regards the trash colection ryles and days etc. Unnecesary since we were staying only 2 days.

The continental breakfast was vast and excellent. The location is AMAZING. Very quiet at night. Excellent AC. Clean and spacious. I would not recommend for people with mobility issues as there are steep stairs (not too many) to get to the front door and a twisty staircase to the bedroom.

It's hard to write anything bad because the host was great and the rest of the apartment was amazing, but this was the worse bed I have slept on in years, no exaggeration. It squeaked constantly and was so stiff that it was like sleeping on a drum. :( It is certainly a very cheap bed for renters because no one could sleep on this long-term. I hope they upgrade this bed and it would have made my rating a 10!
