Nice spacious house, plenty of sofas etc. Good parking for 4 cars outside.

Chilly downstairs but turning the heating up meant the heating vents made the upstairs really hot.

We loved the number of rooms and the tennis court

We would have liked more available hand towels and some more toilet paper provided.

Good location , clean and spacious with everything you needed

spacious, very clean, fantastic views. access to the tennis court was fabulous (although one of the rackets had a crack in the side)

We arrived on Friday afternoon, the house, space, facilities and bedrooms were perfect however, by Friday evening it was apparent that there was something wrong with the heating. The upstairs bedrooms and bathroom heated well however no heat in the downstairs living areas which were freezing. Not ideal in the middle in winter. We emailed and tried ringing Bachcare however no response. We had to turn the heating right up so the heat from upstairs would push downwards to heat the living areas. This made the bedrooms upstairs very hot, stuffy and uncomfortable. We left on Sunday morning and it now Tuesday afternoon and still no response. When you ring, it goes to hold music then cuts off. This is not the kind of review I would like to give this lovely property, I would have preferred to have contact with Bachcare to sort out the heating first but this is our only option to alert that there is an issue.
