Location and the views overlooking the harbour were fabulous, south facing large balcony with sunshine all day. Great for alfresco dining and sunbathing on the two loungers. (Also very private with no overlookers) Apartment was typical spanish theme, rustic and well used , but had everything we needed, including a washing machine, airfryer and UK Tv for those staying longer and wanting a cosy night in. The salt pool very refreshing (altho heated) very clean and private to residents only on the complex. No noise on an evening regardless to only being 5 min walk to the resturants and bars. The complex itself is extremely well looked after with its lovely surroundings. [ albeit LOTS of steps in and around Bellavista 2, but that did not spoil our stay. The accomodation has 2 sets of keys now 🙂

1 major issue , the Bed, so uncomfortable, the matress sank and the frame made it particular hard to get out of the bed. I would love to book this apartment again, but the bed may put me off in doing so which is such a shame..

Everything! A wonderful apartment, still traditional in style with some modern additions. Fantastic sea view - we even saw dolphins from the terrace one evening 😍 Host Davide was so attentive. We asked for access to radio via the TV, he arranged an engineer who installed a whole new TV and radio package that is amazing - great for an evening in after a busy day in the sun. The complex is mainly owner occupied so secure, clean, quiet, well cared for. The pool is right beside this apartment. We went for a swim every morning (it’s not too cold) - perfect start to the day. This place is on our favourites list 😊

Beautiful location and villa. Davide was brilliant and went all out to manage our needs and even got firm pillows and birthday cake. Highly recommended and will definitely be staying next time we are there. Perfect location, quiet area away from the hussle and bussle but within walking distance of shops, supermarket and pubs.

Matteres could perhaps be ready for replacement, and the pool needs some more heat, but it was January.

The bedroom is overlooked so you have to keep curtains closed for privacy. Would suggest a net curtain which would allow natural light and privacy

Spacious Apartment for one bed room apartment with lovely terrace with views over Puerto del Carmen Harbour in the old town.

Stunning location overlooking the harbour. Lovely large balcony. Kitchen well equipped and the sofa was super comfy. Larger TV with Netflix too. Shared pool and gardens were immaculate

BEWARE: Patio door locks when you close it and no way of opening from the outside (locked myself out!) Wedge a flip flop in the doorway for safety. Would benefit from aircon as the fans did not keep up with the heat
