The house was quite cosy, nice relaxing atmosphere.

The check-in and check-out policy is very strict. Checking in at 3 pm and checking out at 10 am means loosing 5 valuable hours in the middle of the day. Cleaning a room would not take 5 hours. I wish they were more flexible. We had problems accessing the facility. The front door which were meant to automatically open on our arrival didn't work; we had to contact by phone waiting in front of the property, which was annoying and happened more than once. The cleaning process at the check out is stressing rather than relaxing. I don't want to take care of my bed linen or towels on my exit.

Very nice, spacious and well equipped lodge. Small vacation park with a looot of kids which is great for families. Love the nature around the park. Pool is nice but only open when the temperature is 21 degrees or more.

unfortunately there are not enough sunbeds at the pool (in our experience the best times are either in the morning or during lunch time, the afternoon gets really busy). Lack of a bar at the pool which is a real pity, lack of restaurant to dine in. The day of the checkout you get an email with checkout instructions and if you dont follow some of the instructions you will be charged extra. I find this a bit odd considering that is a “luxury” resort and not Ryanair so it should offer luxury service not only luxury facilities. Also would be nice if the checkout email is sent a day before you checkout since when we received the email (7:06am SAME day of departure which is a bit unfair) we were already packing the car and almost checked out!!! The beds are not the most comfortable and I did not see any airco in the lodge.

Really modern and stylish eco-lodges. Would have loved to have stayed a little longer.

we really missed the manual for controlling the heating and hot tub. There were about 5 remote controlres and we didn't know which one was for what and sometimes it would want to change the batteries - it was very annoying to control it so slowly.

We liked everything, We think it's a wonderful place. We liked the location, the very quiet place in the middle of the greenery. The type of accommodation: very beautiful, tidy, clean, functional and very well equipped. The kindness of the receptionists, very helpful and cooperative despite our delay on arrival due to highway traffic problems.

Great facilities and small pool was excellent to as well feel like you are not in a massive resort.,,it is small-scaled and has some great houses.

I would suggest a higher quality towels. They were extremely thin so challenging to have it dry after use.
