Casa Sgarlata

La maison est grande, intérieur et extérieur. La terrasse abritée et la vue sur la mer magnifique. Accueil très sympathique et disponibilité du propriétaire (bouteille de bon vin blanc sicilien offerte et mise au frais).

Il manque peut-être un peu de vaisselle et le portail d'entrée n'est pas facile à repérer. Mais ce sont des détails.

Tradycyjny włoski dom z przepięknym widokiem na morze. Duży, z wysokimi sufitami, przestronny, z dwiema łazienkami. Posiada wszystko co potrzeba do kilkudniowego pobytu: ubikacja i łazienka, sypialnia z łożem 2 x 2, grill, miejsce parkingowe, przestronny salon i ogromną werandę. Pokoje posiadają nowe bardzo wygodne materace. Duży taraz z widokiem na morze. Gospodarz angielskojęzyczny, bardzo dobry kontakt przez Whats'up. Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona (dostępna lokalna oliwa z oliwek do smażenia). Obok kuchni pomieszczenie gospodarcze z pralką. Na zewnątrz krzesła i fotele z materacami. Bardzo ładny widok z tarasu. Czasami przejeżdzają samochody pobliską drogą, ale widok i otoczenie rekompensuje to. Bardzo dobrze działające Wi-Fi. Blisko sklepy (3 min drogi samochodem), plaża w pobliskiej miejscowości, doskonałe miejsce do wypadku do Scicli, Ragusa, Modica - perełek architektury barokowej Włoch. Wzdłuż morza malownicza ścieżka i małe klify.

Uitstekende lokatie met een prachtig uitzicht. De eigenaar reagreerde snel op vragen en zeer vriendelijk. De inrichting is wat gedateerd, maar voldoet uitstekend. Opbouwende kritiek: een terrasverwarmer zou lekker om in het voorjaar nog langer buiten te kunnen genieten van het uitzicht.

The location, the house, the garden are perfect! We enjoy the spacious terrasе.The view is amazing! You could admire the beautiful sunrise and sunset! Semprieri beach is sandy and the water was very pleasant. Adriano is always at your disposal for any questions. Scicli is at 10-15 minutes by car. Must see this town, realy baroque bijou! Behind of the property you could park your car whithout problem. We hightly recommend the "Casa Sgarlata". Grazie mille, Adriano!

Un gros merci à Adriano! Bel accueil et quelle belle maison spacieuse. La terrasse est magnifique et la vue incroyable !! Il y a une belle plage (sable) à deux minutes en voiture ( assez tranquille et stationnement gratuit). La maison est très bien équipée ! WoW! 10/10

The location of the house is exceptional. The views are breath taking. Quite central as well, close to very nice beaches and historical towns. The house is well equipped with air conditioners in all the bedrooms and the sitting room plus a bbq is also available which was great to use and enjoy the views.

In fact everything 😀 We (family with three kids) spent great holidays by Adriano's house. We had all what we needed. If we have any questions Adriano answered in few minutes. Definitely we come back again if we visit Sicily again.
