Stunning location on Pendle Hill

Everything. It is the most perfect space, half way up Pendle Hill. We stayed during the height of storm Amy, got to the top of the hill and then spent the most amazing g evening chilling out after our walk with dinner from the most amazing Kerry. The attention to detail is amazing, from the little touches to the excellent instructions to get to the property and then to the top of Pendle Hill. Read all these reviews…sprinkle some fairy dust, times by 100, One Tree is perfect. David also returned a cherished scarf I left by special delivery. Top class place, hosts and experience❤️

Super cosy little room, with everything you need. The couple that own it are so lovely and your right up against pendle Hill so you can go for an amazing walk straight from the room.

Stunning get away from it all location, with everything we needed. So cosy to retreat to after being out walking in the wintry weather. Hosts were super helpful and we had a beautiful private stay. Thankyou!

Absolutely lovely location,right on the edge of Pendle hill.Kerry & David, the hosts. Couldn’t do enough to make my stay enjoyable. I ordered a breakfast sandwich for the morning & it was beautiful. The room was ideal for what I needed. Tea/coffee machine,even had pods.Tv,fridge which had a pint of milk in there. Lovely shower. Ideal for a weekend stay. If you like walking & scenic views, you won’t find a better location than this. Top marks from myself.

There was nothing I could say I didn’t like.

This was an absolutely wonderful stay in a truly amazing location. The views were stunning, and there were beautiful walking trails right around the property. The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful, providing very clear and detailed instructions on how to get there, and even picked us up from the nearest pub in the evening which was such a generous and unexpected gesture. We were also offered to enjoy an outdoor bonfire for stargazing, and the night couldn’t have been better: calm, quiet, and crystal clear, with an incredible sky full of stars. The place itself is small but charming and very cozy. It was spotlessly clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed including all the essentials for a lovely morning coffee. We wish we could stayed longer and would happily stay again.

Stunning location, idyllic remote getaway, which was exactly what we wanted. Owners were beyond accommodating, they both went above and beyond and we're absolutely lovely! 11/10 will definitely stay again!

It ended too soon, we should have booked a 2 night stay! We know for next time!
