"Nice house and location. garden and house need a bit of maintenance."

Good size rooms good location.

The property needs to have some maintenance done to it. There was a broke door handle and broken shower screen. Also the garden needs to be cleared and tidied up. Lots of weeds and it’s not being maintained.
