The location is superb, it is right by the beach and you can view the sunrise directly.

The house is not properly maintained. A few of broken fan meters, exposed toilet flush tank, poor kitchen facilities, TV not working, outdoor toilet not maintained. Not sure if pool water is cleaned and disinfected. I hope so. I hope the water is cycled and not stagnant. But so far, we swam in the pool nicely.
