Spacious, clean accommodation. A nice renovation of an old property. Aircon worked well. Nicely equipped kitchen and well furnished. Only a 7 minute walk to the sea front and the markets.

To be fair , we knew from the accurate property description that the property was likely to be dark, due to few windows and only skylights. I found it a bit claustrophobic … but that’s just a very personal opinion. The main bedroom fronts straight on to the street at road level, so you can’t really open the window & shutters without losing privacy/security . We didn’t need the 2nd bedroom , but, as accurately described , it is internal with no natural light and does not currently have built-in aircon. The street is narrow and sounds and voices echo. The location is quite noisy at night if the bedroom window is open , especially on Saturday night until midnight. With window closed and aircon switched on, it was perfectly quiet. Due to the unavoidable local humidity, kitchen cupboards smelt musty, there was a little black mould visible behind the corner of the chest of drawers in the main bedroom and some rendering was flaking off the walls. There was a very slight mustiness throughout. The air freshener doesn’t help.

The place was awesome. Centrally located, with fully-outfitted kitchen including clothes washer and dishwasher. Attractively furhished and graced with skylights. Management, super friendly and helpful 24/7 next door in a hotel-style bed and breakfast.

The second bedroom is windowless, and might have benefitted from its own mini-split heating and a/c unit (as in the master bedroom). But since I was traveling alone it did not matter.

Everything was amazing, place super clean and walking distance to everything.

It was a pleasure to stay in a traditional house, did not expect it to be that big! Interesting solution with using natural light from above, lovely renovated! The furniture was a bit eclectic, but all the necessary items and fully equipped kitchen were there, and a mini-market conveniently 1 min away. Loved stunning terrace / roof top view..! Communication with the management was easy and effective-thank you!

one of the bedrooms does not have windows, but we did not need it. as a tip for owners: add yoga mats for the equipment- doing yoga on the rooftop would be fantastic!
