Fantastic property in a great location. We very much enjoyed our stay.

It can get very warm in the upstairs master bedroom. There are no screens on the windows (common in New Zealand) but I personally didn't feel comfortable leaving them open during night since bugs and other creatures have easy entry.

It was hard to open the key box. We had to press the lever hard and pull the door hard. We were afraid we might brake it.

"Absolutely beautiful holiday home, thoughtfully furnished for comfort and design."

Outstanding, immaculate holiday home with beautiful gardens and delightful ocean views. Thoroughly thought out to have everything we required for cooking and eating at home. Location was a short stroll to numerous art galleries, shops, cafes and restaurants.

I really enjoy a night breeze coming through a window but we couldn't leave windows open during the night as there weren't mosquito screens.
