2nd bedroom a little cramped for two adults but I suppose they are more meant for children.

"Nice place but they haven't returned my security deposit?"

Very nice lodge, clean, comfortable and good location for Flamingoland

Its now almost 4 weeks after my stay and I still have not had the security deposit returned. After several messages and calls I was told it had been processed but that was over a week ago and still no sign of it in my account.

We arrived at our lodge to find somebody was in it they arranged for us to stay in a different lodge that was no where near upto the standard we booked and payed for, then refused to give us any money back and just stopped responding to emails and calls regarding our complaint. Wouldn't recommend staying here. Not helpful at all in dealing with our issue and just ignore you!!
