Coopers Cabin With Hot Tub

The cabin itself was beautiful and the location couldn't be better. The hot tub mean that the kids got a little bit of play time before bed and then the adults could enjoy whilst they slept. The kitchen was well prepared to be able to cook with all pots pans and utensils available. Reception staff were brilliant especially Louise who cleaned our cabin. Beds were super comfy, except the sofa bed but that's usually the case. We had good weather but had it not have been, there were plenty of dvds and games in the cabin.

We arrived at 4.30, check in is from 4. The cabin had not been cleaned which meant we couldn't settle down. Upon reporting it to reception a lady called Louise came out within half an hour to clean but that too meant we couldn't settle so instead made the decision to go out for tea to relax after our journey. This cost us almost £100 for 6 of us because we felt we couldn't use the kitchen at the cabin. Louise was lovely and super efficient even putting the kids toys on their beds but it just wasn't the start to our holiday that we imagined. We also couldn't get the Air con to work which meant it was quite stuffy on a night. The hot tub although enjoyable was a but grimey (not sure if due to the cleaning crew not turning up) and there is a dispeser which holds what I think we're chlorine tablets. The lid on this is very loose and my little one who has special needs almost ingested one.

Perfect location for visiting Flamingo Land for day trips. Private corner cabin. Gorgeous decor throughout. Lots of lovely homely touches.
