Extremely spacious. Reserved parking. Perfect location for Westwood Lakes. Nice outdoor area to sit.

Kitchen cabinets and tiles could do with a good clean.

We were only staying for one night and the house had everything we needed for that stay. We had concerns over the security of the property as the French doors did not seem to latch securely.

Large spacious rooms, lovely seating area in the garden

The bedrooms were far too hot to sleep in. Perhaps the provision of a fan in each room would help make for a more comfortable sleep.

Good communication and accommodating host. Clean. House was as described in listing. There were two supposedly dedicated parking spaces in front of the house (although the neighbors did tend to park in them). Nice quiet area. Plenty of options nearby both for groceries and for prepared food.

Loud, smoking neighbors (although they seemed to keep quiet after bedtime). Sparse on kitchen supplies. You can't get away from the fact that it is three storeys tall with two bedrooms on each of the upper storeys. Although it does have two bathrooms, one of them is an en suite bathroom, so not shareable. For health and safety reasons, they were not able to provide beds for the babies, so we had to bring our own.

Large property with lots of room

Quality of property was shabby, smelt funny and there was a hole in the living room wall. Reminded us on student accommodation. Staff communication was terrible. Asked for check in instructions the morning of arrival and was told wasn’t allowed them yet then at check in time had to phone multiple times to get any response from the company regarding check in

Two parking spaces was good. Size of bedrooms. Good size kitchen - even though we didn't use it. Short walk to town centre.

The property was easy to find and check in! The owner was lovely and came to meet us to get us checked in. It was clean.

The tv was a struggle to get working and would keep disconnecting from the WiFi.

location was close to family who we were visiting, rooms were very spacious and clean. lovely home.

We asked to be allocated 2 parking spots of which were confirmed to us, however, upon arrival only 1 space was available.
