Appartamento situato in uno dei vicoli più suggestivi della stupenda città bianca, pulito, fiorito e soprattutto nel cuore della movida..

Exactly as advertised. Inexpensive room with kitchenette, small but clean and conveniently located. Yes, it's true that you can hear whatever goes on in the street outside, but it's not the fault of the property owners, and guests who complain about this are unreasonable: if you want soundproofing, stay at one of the many more expensive hotels around Ostuni. This is a small apartment in an old building opening directly onto a stone-paved alley; of course there will be some street noise. We didn't find it bad in October, but perhaps it is worse at the height of the tourist season. The location is excellent: a few minutes from the historic center, but just far enough out to make access by car quick and easy. We had no trouble finding free street parking on via Antonio Specchia during our stay. Excellent value for the price paid.

(1) The hot water heater under the sink in apartment 9 had a slow leak. The owners had placed a bowl under it, but we had to empty the bowl a couple of times to avoid listening to the dripping. (2) Like others, I found the online check-in procedure more cumbersome than strictly necessary, but it's not terrible, and the advantage is that you don't need to wait to meet with a proprietor when checking in: once you've filled out all the online forms and submitted photos of your passports, they leave the key in a lockbox outside the door and it's waiting for you when you arrive. If you're traveling without internet access (and some people still do), it's a dealbreaker, but for us it was a fair trade.

Struttura molto carina a due passi dal centro storico. Possibilità di parcheggiare con molta facilità. Maurizio una splendida persona, sempre disponibile e soprattutto sempre presente. Consigliato a pieni voti.....

La ubicación. A 200 metros se podía estacionar gratis y estaba muy cerca del acceso a la subida del casco antiguo. El departamento estaba pintado y había buena presión de agua. Estaba limpio.

No tiene ventana. La luz entra por la puerta. Si hay gente en la calle se escucha todo. La cama está encajonada entre las paredes (con 20/30 cm de cada lado para entrar) y el colchón está hundido en el medio. No había cuchillos, la cocina es un anafe eléctrico. No nos dejaron café.

Soggiorniamo sempre qui quando siamo a Ostuni, sia per il nostro staff sia per i familiari in visita, e questo dice già molto sulla qualità della struttura. Il B&B è composto da una serie di 6–7 alloggi situati in uno dei vicoli più caratteristici di Ostuni, sapientemente recuperati da Maurizio. Ogni sistemazione è curata nei minimi dettagli: veri e propri mini-appartamenti accoglienti, dove soluzioni architettoniche intelligenti e arredi dal sapore contadino e country chic regalano un’esperienza autentica e rilassante, un piacevole tuffo nella tradizione locale. È un autentico angolo di pace nel cuore di Ostuni: ambienti pulitissimi, dotati di tutti i servizi necessari e a pochi passi dal centro storico. L’accoglienza è eccellente, gentile e discreta, sempre attenta ai dettagli e capace di farti sentire subito a casa. Esperienza sempre positiva, struttura assolutamente consigliata.
