"The perfect place for a visit to Palermo."

We loved everything about our stay at Villa Matilde! The hosts are wonderful and so thoughtful. The house is spacious and warm. The location was close - but not too close - to Palermo. Just perfect!

"Wonderful place to stay"

I went with family and due to the Great Airport Mess of 2022, they got there two days before me. They reported the owners of the place were lovely and the place was too. They were not wrong. The aircon was a life saver as well (we live in a cold climate normally) The facilities were great, there was a washing machine, and the fridge even had juice inside already. The parking area was pretty good too as we could leave the cars inside so the sun didn't beat down on them. Oh we were also given really good recommendations as to where to go by the owners, which was helpful as my dad doesn't like pebble beaches and my sister-in-law is from the Caribbean so we had two beach connoisseurs with us who approved of the recommended beaches.

The check out was a bit early for us as my brother had a grumpy toddler and they kindly agreed to let us check out a bit later. I think two of the rooms have aircon and one does not (or two do not) but as a lot of my family live in hot places they did not mind - just be aware that not all the rooms have aircon. This is me nit-picking as the place was great and we are very happy to have stayed there.
