Nice location in walking distance of many parts of Ostuni. Nice to have the rooftop terrace to have a glass of wine in the evening. The check-in worked well. Overall the facilities consisted of everything you’d need for a short stay.

Not much of a sitting area inside, and lots of steep steps - tricky when carrying luggage up and down. Parking also a bit awkward - on street and one of the neighbours challenged us when we had followed the instructions. Was fine, but might be hard to find a spot at times.

Beautiful property and finished to a great standard. Good value for money! Great location and very close parking spaces. Easy to access and host was communicative. Kitchen is stocked with biscuits and little snacks, and there is coffee + nespresso machine, tea selection, and some bottled water. Air conditioning in both bedrooms was good, and a sweet terrace overlooking the rooftops of Ostuni.

We arrived the first night and the second bedroom was locked, so we had to share (we are not a couple). As we arrived late, the host could not reply to us, but in the morning he informed us that the bathroom key would open the bedroom. On opening we found that there was a very small single child's bed (there is a picture of this on the listing but also a picture of two double beds, so it is confusing). The host now tells us he could have removed and added a large bed - We didn't ask as we didn't expect this to be possible. My advice is to please tell the host what beds/bedrooms you are expecting from the place... and pls be aware, one bed is in the main 'living room' space. IMO It would be best if it was always set up with two doubles, then guests can all fit at any time. Also perhaps a curtain separating the bed in the main room could be nice but not essential :)

Lovely house in a great location.

Unfortunately, although a time was pre-arranged with the owner to meet at the property after he insisted that this should be the case, he was then 30 minutes late, whilst we had to wait in the boiling hot sun having been cycling all day. He didn't apologise and just shrugged his shoulders. Also, although originally agreeing to store our bicycles in their garage, they then decided at the last minute that there would be a fee of €15.00 per bike which we of course had no choice but to pay.

The host insisted that we only rented one room, even though our booking said we rented the whole house with two rooms. He wouldn't answer our calls and instead argued with us over WhatsApp. He wanted to charge us even more for the other room, which was already overpriced for the season and the area. He was so rude we canceled the reservation and had to drive to another city. He still hasn't given us our refund.
