Good value, nice community and local masjid in walking distance. Nice flat with own gated parking. Unsure if a regular thing but there was Netflix signed in which was handy. Plus point for bathrooms were that there were two of them (unfortunately that's where that part of the property also fell down)

Plumbing/bathroom only: Lack of hot water in the showers - whilst the weather is hot and a lukewarm shower is possible due to the heat, I would have appreciated knowing this in advance. Taps leaking so need to empty bucket underneath into toilet every few hours. Loads of hair left in shower when we got there which is such a basic thing I can't believe I'd need to even request this to not be there - I took a photo but feel bad sharing..

The place is nice, clean & comfortable. Easy access to a lot of eatery and tourist places.
