Luxury Cromer cottage with hot tub & log burner in Town

Lovely property, perfect for what we needed. Inside the house it’s lovely and spacious. Hot tub was great. Walking distance from everything you need.

Right opposite Iceland back door in small back alley. Delivery’s to Iceland woke us up very early both Saturday and Sunday. Monday, the whole alley- way was filled with rubbish/deliveries making it hard to drive out when leaving.

Location in town was perfect and Hot tub was lovely.

Iceland is as noisy but we appreciated the parking. No brush for the dustpan or a broom to sweep up? Beds were very soft.

The house was so well equipped, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The bottle of wine when we arrived was a lovely touch. Kelsea was a lovely host, very helpful, and answered any questions immediately.

The central position of the house was great, easy access to shops and the beach. Unfortunately the house backed on to an Iceland shop and their yard, this could be quite noisy from about 6am every morning with large delivery trolleys being wheeled up and down the drive constantly. And delivery vans being loaded.

Space and location

Iceland delivery vehicle which had a broken alarm for 48 hours. It was fixed eventually.

Immaculate, beautifully decorated, and has all that you need. With the most comfortable beds and bedding 🥰 Garden is a sun trap and wonderful for an outside breakfast before heading out. A great place to base yourself to explore north Norfolk or just to hide up and be cosy with friends/family.

Nothing we didn't look like. Only advice to others is make sure you read the carefully worded directions sent from the owner and don't rely on Google maps. It's not too tricky but you will get it wrong if you don't.

Absolutely stunning facilities. Beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable. The owner was very helpful and responsive.

The home has parking but its not the easiest to enter or exit. Trivial compared to the quality of the property.

Hot tub, fully stocked kitchen, cleanliness, good location. The different rooms were well thought out and fab decor.

The patio door was quite difficult to open and shut.

The host beforehand was always very helpful and responded to emails very promptly and provided excellent details of places to go and visit in Cromer.

temperamental coffee machine (that needed cleaning), back gate didn’t lock, porch door nearly impossible to close….& wow, you’re pretty much in Iceland’s loading bay!
