Carre Retreat with private hot tub

Was a nice lodge with everything you needed

We booked this due to the hot tub but we're unable to use this as it was dirty, when we arrived it was full of leaves and the edge of the tub was dirty, we contacted the owner and a man arrived he removed the leaves and cleaned the tub with is finger and left all the muck in the bottom of the hot tub, this did not spoil our weekend just disappointing about the hot tub

Probably was in a lovely location very clean and had everything you needed. A really cosy feel the hot tub made it that but different and was beautiful to sit in u see the stars amazing views.

Great location, lovely site. Great communication with host, had everything you needed and more, all for a great price. We would definitely visit again.

Thicker pillows

The hot tub was lovely, very cosy lodge and clean

The tavern on site was rarely open and assumed it would be bigger but we liked the bar on the adjacent site and was easy to access over the bridge

Comfortable, peaceful lodge with everything we needed in it.

The only improvement I can think of would be curtains in the bedrooms as the sites lighting keep the room quite bright.

Easy instructions given to access the keys. Immaculately clean, comfortably furnished and everything you could need for a relaxing break. Lovely quiet site, with a small but super friendly pub. Hot tub is the perfect temperature and screened from the road. It was a brilliant weekend break.

More of a personal preference rather than anything else, but I found the pillows on the double bed quite flat.

Location the hot tub and the wildlife to look at of the decking nice tv with free WiFi and all the apps on the smart tv A*****
