"Picton unit to keep away from."

Like ? Nothing.

No signage outside at all including no number. Didn't resemble the photos inside. Tiny, dark and dated. Depressing. Long walk from CBD and harbour. Terrible.

"Nice small appartment close to town, Had the basics"

I liked how close this was to town, and other amenities.

It was a small basic property for the price. Neighbours were noisy, the property had a funny smell on arrival. kids were not happy there was no wifi.

"We didn’t stay after seeing it, went to a nice place."

The location is awful, handy to Main Street but pretty shabby location.

Some updating. It’s very dated and just not up to par for the price.,we closed it up pretty much within 10 minutes and got a decent place to stay. Photos on ghe website are obviously pretty old.

Nothing good to say about the place, old and smells and probably the only rough part of town. Manager parked in our parking space the whole time. Avoid this place.
