Location was excellent, right across from the ocean. Short drive from both the ferry terminal and downtown Haines.

nice towls

Not very impressive customer service, no note or communication of any kind about getting into my cabin. When I called from the lobby, the answer was, "The key is in it it's unlocked. It's the middle one." The room was cold. Even messing with the settings didn't seem to keep it warm during the night. Not enough blankets on the bed. The coffee pot was dirty, yuk.
