The garden is exclusive with fence all around and BIG!!! The place is very quiet. Our dogs loved the holiday at Lucas place. Parking for car was also perfect. Whirlpool is super clean and great for relaxing. Luca is great, he was waiting for us when we arrived. He explained us everything. The fresh towels in the bathroom were smelling very good :). The kitchen with living room is very big with comfortable furniture and nice fireplace. In the garden there is a beautiful table with chairs, enough space for BBQ and possibilities to chill. The beach is 12km from the house. By nite the garden is beautiful with nice lighting. We will come again. Thank you Luca for everything.

Dies war unsere zweite Reise dorthin und genau wie beim ersten Mal war es ruhig, friedlich und in der Nähe von allem.

The house was everything we expected. Neat, peaceful, equipped with everything we needed. Truly relaxing. The property is completely fenced, which is great for travelers with dogs.

Maybe the only downside is that there are no well-maintained walking paths nearby, which is not annoying because of the large yard.

Location for a few days with no stress and solitude is perfect. Olive trees and freshly cut grass with birds singing around are therapeutic and make you calm. I would recommend it for a couple or a solo trip.

This is a very special happy place. We enjoyed it that much! Everything is so lovely, quiet and peaceful. A garden overpassing in a little olive plantation. You feel like you're in a novel when your passing through and smell the thymian and rosemary. There are no people around. No sounds disturbing you. In the dark there are many beautiful lamps around the area. The tiny house is lovely well prepaired and it's everything and more than you need inside. And for dog owners, this area is all closed so your dog can be free around and have fun. We didn't expect it that amazing like it was, that was my holiday dream come true. Thank you Luka and your lovely family for making our stay that wonderful. Best regards from us❤️

A couch to lie on together would be great. But doesn't affect this great stay.

Easy to find. The location was quiet and in an residental area. Extremely easy with pets. The whole large yard area is fenced and gated - our active (JRT) dog loved the whole time! The garden is versatile and beautiful with different plantings. The accommodation is equipped with all necessary things, we stayed without problems for 3 weeks. Luka and his relatives were super-friendly and helped on all things needed during our stay.

Its few kms from Porec town in a small and peaceful village - you probably need a car (or bike) to move around. This though didnt bother us, because we were looking just this kind of place to relax.
