Please inform Loire Valley Cottages in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. No adult groups accepted. No stag parties, no hen parties. No entry to the property if the full caution of €500 has not been paid beforehand. Noise after 10.00 at night will result in the full caution of €500 being retained. There will be no refund of any of the caution. The property must be left as found with a full clean, or an agreement to pay cleaning charges which will be determined on the final inspection. The inspection time will be arranged with the owner. Managed by a private host
