The house is beautifully located with exceptional views. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. Perfect hosts, we were made to feel very welcome. Definitely 10/10

This is the perfect property for a group attending a wedding in The Armada in Spanish Point. It’s 5 k from the hotel. The house is really lovely with spectacular sea views. It has everything needed, is spotlessly clean and very spacious and airy. We loved our stay there. Thank you Fiona!

Amazing sea view. House very clean and comfortable with everything you need provided. Great location with beaches nearby.

The house got very warm with thermostat of room reading 24 degrees. We didn't know how to lower it and if you open windows at night little flies fly in from the sea attracted by the light so would be better if you could control this room temperature yourself.

Super location as attending wedding in Spanish Point with family. House was nice, comfortable and spacious with incredible views. Very good value for money. House had all the facilities we needed and was right across the road from a shop and local bar/restaurant if needed. Communication with the owner was very good and we would definitely stay there again

Excellent location, and beautiful cottage

You cannot beat the view from this property as it backs straight onto the ocean. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay, plenty of room and having 2 bathrooms was wonderful with a party of 5. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a relaxing getaway. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is not really a negative against the property but just a suggestion for the hosts that perhaps a few board games would be great.

Everything about the cottage was ideal. It's in a great location on the Wild Atlantic Way and only a quick drive to Spanish Point or Miltown Malbay. The views out at the Atlantic from the property were beautiful. We had eight adults and one toddler in our group. There was plenty of space in the bedrooms and the living area was more than big enough for all of us. The cottage had everything that we needed and we couldn't have asked for a better house or hosts for our first family holiday.
