Clean facilities amazing staff

Loved it however the road to the place needs some work

From welcoming to good byes

From the moment we got to the shed both Angie and Charles were responsive and helpful 24/7. Angie did reach out on the day of arrival to communicate and guide us on directions. The place is extremely clean and well taken care of, basic essentials are provided. The view is amazing. There place is well secured. The guard (Ibrahim) was friendly and checked in on us. You can request for a chef if need be. We got the honour of having Chef Davie prepare delicious meals for us.

If it's possible maybe have an iron box and a hair dryer in the residence. The pool was ice cold 😅 not sure if it's always that way or maybe it was the weather that factored in.

The privacy, facilities and greenery

It is an easily accessible route even with a low car, from the location pin provided by the host. Cosy spaces that were very clean.

Lovely modern unit with great amenities. Kitchen has everything you need. Shower is fantastic with good pressure . Big TV and Netflix. Winnie , the hostess, was amazing.Located next to a wonderful lodge.

Outside table needs some love. Having the lodge next door is super but don't expect good food or service.

like the location and modern facilities

It’s like living in your own serene, unique, holiday home. The design is amazing and everything looks bigger in-person. The surrounding area is vast and calming & having access to the restaurant and pool of Ziwa Lodge makes it even better. The Park is about 1 hour away, but the fact we get to go there from the location was an added advantage.

The house rules were a bit confusing.

The reception at the Shed. Winnie was kind and so was Samuel when I went for a survey before my stay.Food at Ziwa restaurant was palatable.
