bad and there is a smell…….

Before you move in, the owner will ask you to pay a RM300 deposit. This is hidden before you rent the property. You have to keep chasing after him to get the deposit back, otherwise the owner will be completely silent.

everything is just enough

i still have not gotten my deposit back. the host keeps delaying and unresponsive after i ask for my deposit.

The house was good.

The bathroom water pressure was to low not suitable to have a shower. There is no clothes hanger inside the washroom & bottom room without aircond.
