Appartement spacieux , bien équipé (cuisine , salle de bains) , appareils fonctionnels . Possibilité d accéder à une terrasse privée surplombant le port . Situé à proximité de la vieille ville et du port ce qui est parfait pour qui envisage de se déplacer pour visiter l ensemble des îles. Un grand merci a Marco pour son accueil chaleureux et très personnalisé

The host Marco. Kind,caring,generous young man. He met and welcomed us at the port. On our departure he helped us to the port wishing us to enjoy the rest of Sisily. I made a mistake booking a one bedroom apartment instead of two. I was confused and upset when I found that out. Marco gave us additional free lovely one bedroom apartment just across from the one I booked. He did not accept payment from us. He told us he is happy as long as his guests are happy. We had the two apartments for the stay and used the apartment I booked as a second bedroom. The apartment Marco gave us for free was fantastic with all modcons, very stylish. The location was just off the main street of the town. The front garden of the house had two lemon trees with lights around their trunks that lit at night. Relaxed and tranquil location. We enjoyed our stay in the town and Marco was the center of that.

An outstanding choice for a quiet apartment centrally located in Lipari. Marco was excellent in communications with us prior to arrival and met us at the port to help us with luggage. The apartment was close to all main attractions but very quiet. Apartment was spacious and clean. Marco was super helpful throughout our stay and we would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Lipari.

The apartment was very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed (umbrellas, washing machine, Netflix-ready TV, etc.). Marco was an exceptionally friendly host — he picked us up, drove us to the port early in the morning, and always replied quickly. We also appreciated the Sicilian liqueur he left as a welcome gift. The usual fee for one dog is €40 for two nights, which I only found out after arriving in Lipari. However, Marco kindly let our small dog stay for free.

The main issue with this accommodation is transparency. We booked a “Holiday Home” at Via Salita Meligunis, expecting a quiet house near the port. Instead, we ended up in a one-room apartment on the SP175 road — about a 15-minute walk from the port and located next to an extremely noisy street. I wish the Booking.com page for “Sweet Life” made it clearer that the listed address refers only to one of the houses, and that the other properties advertised as “Holiday Home” or “house” are actually hotel-style rooms with a kitchen. It’s also confusing that photos of all their locations are mixed together on a single page — how is a guest supposed to know which location they’re booking? Before writing this review, I sent Marco a message explaining how disappointed we were about the misleading information on Booking.com (mixed photos, one address). Marco promised to update the addresses, but so far, no changes have been made.

L’appart est mignon. Lumineux et très bien situé. Propre. Café et thé disponible pour le matin. Très bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire. Marco. Le propriétaire de l’appartement est très aimable. Nous a aidé avec nos bagages pour arriver jusqu’à l’appartement se propose si besoin de nous aider à les ramener jusqu’au Ferry et nous a expliqué les divers commodités des lieux. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Je recommande.

On vient même nous chercher au port, avec de plus un surclassement de location !

È raro trovare un posto come questo...accoglienza, cura dei particolari, posizione perfetta, insomma da consigliare a occhi chiusi.Non dovevamo fermarci a Lipari, ma il mare non ci ha permesso di arrivare a Stromboli ... grazie Marco di averci fatto dimenticare questo contrattempo. Siamo stati bene da te.
