Ultimate comfort , home from home experience! Spotlessly clean , fully equipped and excellent location

Only negative was the parking situation- it’s an incredibly tight hill with cars parked on both sides and a few times we didn’t manage to get parked due to the volume of parked cars on there already - a designated parking spot would be brilliant

Well presented terraced cottage, probably a fisherman's at one time and close to the centre of Newlyn but convenient too for Penzance. Communication with the hosts was very good. Property was well equipped and a home from home for the week of our stay.

All good really just be aware if you have the windows open at night the dawn chorus from the gulls is deafening!

Parking was difficult but not impossible

Lovely central location near to the beach. The cottage is well kept, cosy and clean. A home away from home. I was able to park on the street outside every day.

Nothing springs to mind

Fantastic location close to all amenities in Newlyn. Pleasant walk from Newlyn to Penzance along the promenade. Close to large supermarkets and nearby to local bakeries, co-op, restaurants and public houses. Great local bus service, bus stop at the bottom of the road, used to get around Cornwall and car was parked up all week.
