Maisonette Near the Beach

Everything. Simply the beast. Beyond my expectations. We have beautifully panoramic see views from our huge and wide terrace, and from two gardens, front and back, two complete bathrooms wjth all amenities, and more, kitchen with all necessary equipment and much more, comfortable beds, three very quiet and efficient AC in each room. Very solid and absolutely constant Wi-Fi approximately 13 MB/s. Simply outstanding maisonette in very quiet area less than 100 m from sea. And of course least not the last, the host Athanasios. Perfect and very polite gentlman. Thank you for your hospitality. Evharisto poli.

1. There is no satellite TV (only BBC news). Actually, there is equipment but it doesn't work. In the living room is small LCD which is not connected properly (the signal is bad). In the bigger bedroom there is big LCD LG 50 inch TV with excellent picture with Greek programs TV and radio, but it does not have WI- FI built in. If you like to watch Netflix, Disney+, Racuten, Prime video or simply brouse internet on TV, bring your laptop and connect with your HDMI cable. Problem solved. I bought 2m long HDMI in nearby electronic shop for 3,60 Eur. I've connected HDMI with my laptop and enjoyed. P. S This is only FYI and it is not concerning the maisonette. The beach is not the best but is very quiet. But near Nikiti are all best beaches in Sithonia like exceptional Trani Amudia, Vourvuru and it's fantastic bays, Kalogria, Agios Ioanis, etc. The other side of Nikiti app 1 km east, has allso excellent beaches.
