Danil the owner was so helpful and on the ball, anything I asked she was up for finding a solution. The appartment was spotless and very central. There were plenty restaurants and shops around to fulfill ones requirements If I was returning to Matera I would happily book this appartment again .

The streets can be tricky because the cobble stones are slippy , nothing to do with my accommodation, just a fact of life in Matera.

Maybe a little more storage place for the bathroom and all the luggage stuff but not a big deal :)

Not a thing

It was an absolute gem in Sassi - really comfortable with a great, accommodating host and with everything needed! In a perfect location to bring suitcases as not many stairs from the main Sassi street. There were comments about weak air conditioning but it was not true, it was always enough cold.

I absolutely LOVED my time at DiVinum. Danila is a friendly and communicative host and was helpful with advice (to change my shoes - the paths here are slippery, guys!). The property was in such a perfect location. Only up a few steps from the road so I could get my suitcase up with only a little effort, and it was walking distance to all the main attractions within the sassi. As a solo traveller it’s always a risk whether i’ll feel safe enough in a property and this one checked that box. It was easy to walk back to late in the evenings without any stresses. Not to mention I could sleep in that bed for the rest of my life. If you don’t book this place you’re doing yourself a disservice.

The place was fabulous and incredibly big, it was clean and comfortable. The location was absolutely fantastic and walkable everywhere. The host was so great and saved me when I was in a tricky situation trying to get to the Flixbus terminal far away and the buses there wouln't come. She came and drove me there herself without asking for anything from me. Thank you for that, super super lovely of you! Honestly top class service!

The only thing which I missed was an iron but this was it.
