We came to Florida for our daughter's college graduation that was held in the Yuengling center in Tampa. Loved our visit.

"Beautiful Luxury Townhouse lives up to the name!"

Everything, truly and wonderfully everything. The town house is as advertised beautiful and luxury. The 4 balconies all are wonderful. The rooms perfect for a couple, a set of couples or a family. Thoughtful amenities, all the items one needs are available. The grounds are lovely, the private beach and Sunset Grill Restaurant is a short 8 minute walk. Golf cart rentals are available if you would rather not walk to the beach, marina or the pools. The marina offers different types of boating excursions, sun set cruises or fishing trips among many options. Perfect vacation location for active people.

This was not an issue for us on our stay, but if stairs are a concern for you or a member of your party, this is a three story town house, with the primary living area on what is the second story and the bed rooms on the third story. The ground level is the entrance way and a very nice garage.

Very nice condo and both restaurants great! Would recommend renting the golf cart!

The parking was tight and the beach is different.
