Little garden house

An adorable little garden house that has everything you need for a short stay. It looks exactly the way it does in the pictures. It was very clean and neat. It is a contact-free apartment entry, for those who are more comfortable that way. :)

The host's lack of flexibility regarding the checkout time. I booked this accommodation for my two friends for a one-night stay. Before they even arrived, the host asked me when they would leave tomorrow morning, and although we hoped it could be prolonged for an extra hour, the host was adamant that the checkout be at her very strictly set 10 a.m. with an excuse that she has to preprare the apartment for the next guests. (Booking .com showed us that the apartment was available to book at least for the next two days). However, we don't hold a grudge against her for this. Around 9:10 a.m., while the girls were sitting outside, the host came down to "just greet them" and leave the bucket with cleaning supplies in the garden, as yet another reminder that she has to clean up after them, despite that fact that they only slept and showered there. And the host couldn't have lived closer to the accomodation. (It's literally one next to the other.) Aftet a short conversation, the host inappropriately assumed that it was a better option for them to leave earlier and "seize the day". Host's departure left my friends feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, so when I came to pick them up at 10a.m. they have already been waiting for me out on the road, having packed up and left shortly after the host's visit.

Best house for a relaxing and calm stay if you are mobile and flexible! Nice terrasse with some mosquitos! hehe

Bit outside of Rijeka but not a big issue!

The house was really clean and pleasant. The environment was quiet and the courtyard nicely oriented. The houseowner was very nice.

Very Nice place. Cosy. Private. Jadranka is a very helpful lady.

It is a rather long walk to city centre.

The location is slightly out of centre but accessible by walking or taking a local bus. There are also buses to Trask Castle and Opatija. It's very relaxing especially for people from the city. The place is like a little cottage with a flower and vegetable garden. Very clean and complete The host is extremely helpful and responds almost immediately to our queries. If I revisit, I will definitely choose Little Garden house.

Difficult to locate first time.

Everything… cozy place, location, big terrace, great garden, host. We arrived late, received video clip how to easily find and enter the property. Big recommendation for host.
