"Really had a smashing stay, would stay again."

A lovely house, very clean, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. The key lock instructions were clear. Lovely and warm after a cold day out. A basket of treats and a personalised welcome sign were a nice touch.

Would have liked a downstairs or second loo as with a few of us in the house it did mean a bit of queuing at times.

Fabulous stay, house is lovely and cosy and very clean and tidy. Photos on website don't do it justice! Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

House was cold upon arrival and radiators didn't come on until the morning when we didn't really need the heat so would be good to change settings accordingly.

Great to have the freedom & facilities that a house provides. The bed was comfortable, everything we needed was there.

I would have liked to have been able park on the drive but it wasn't an issue. We couldn't get the TV on to normal channels but it wasn't the end of the world!

"Loved It!"

Spacious, well kept, nicely furnished in a good location, direct and regular trains into central Edinburgh with the station located just around the corner. Considerate hosts… Well provided for, and the snacks were a nice touch too. Free, easy parking right out front and a plush rear garden with seating.

Kitchen and bathroom extremely clean & lots of amenities. Loved the fact there was a coffee maker.

Difficult to find the house and very dark entrance - needed a torch to find & see to open the lockbox.
