L'accoglienza, la disponibilità del proprietario e le informazioni fornite prima dell'arrivo e durante il soggiorno, la pulizia dell'appartamento, la possibilità di parcheggio a pochi passi. Il centro storico, ricco di monumenti e di architettura, molto vivace la sera. 10/15 minuti in auto da diverse spiagge.
