Fantastic location and wonderful host.

Marvellous location, excellent view on the ocean, sunsets are spectacular. Hosts are always happy to help. Perfect for family vacation. No problem with transportation to nearest towns and Lisbon.

We had a fantastic holiday - the view in this house is incredible. There is a bbq available and a terrace on each side to either or both catch the sun or some shadow. The beach is nearby, a restaurant with fantastic view, good food and good price. The house interior is nice and cozy portugese country style and there is an outdoor shower with warm water. The host Antonio is really caring, making sure you arrive safely and he even arranged coffee for us because we arrived late at night. All in all I highly recommend this place - we had a fantastic vacation in Magoito!

The property is in a great location very close to Praia do Magoito, with fabulous views over the Atlantic and down the coast to Cabo da Roca. It is managed by great hosts who were super helpful, available and informative. We found the property ideal for us as a family with a 2 year old. We would happily return. While Praia do Magoito is spectacular and convenient (5 min walk), the other local beaches (Adraga, Maçãs, Grande, etc.) are also all worth checking out, so having access to a car is advisable. There is easy parking at the property. The food market at Praia da Maçãs is also highly recommended if you want good ingredients to cook with (fresh fish, organic veg). While the kitchen in the property is small, it had everything we needed and more.

Nothing - but worth remembering that coastal properties can be cold if the weather cools. Slippers or thick socks for inside the house on chillier mornings are advisable if going out of season. Also to be noted that the property is quite old (from 1930s but refurbished) and has very narrow access to the bathroom. But it all functioned fine.

Antonio, the amiable owner, was incredibly responsive and accommodating to all of our requests, making our stay at his picturesque house a truly enjoyable experience. The awe-inspiring view of the ocean from the house is nothing short of breathtaking, and the cosy interior of the house added to the overall sense of relaxation and comfort.
