the access stone road is a bit unpleasant

What a dreamplace. The host contacted us right after the booking was done to provide a detailed description telling us how to get to the place. The last 5-10 min are a dirt road. High clearance is recommended, but no precondition. We rented a T-Roc, which was suitable. Marcos as well was very caring during our stay, checking in between if all was ok. The studio is right at the water. It is a basic studio, but it has all you need to survive. The pictures in the app show the reality and 100% of what you get. There is not much neighbourhood and most of what you hear is the rooster next door or the Levante wind passing the Strait of Gibraltar. A very silent place and we loved relaxing by just watching and tracking the many ships passing by (Download of the app VesselFinder is recommended). Having breakfast or a sunset dinner outside and watching over to Morocco is just priceless. We even had the chance to see whales just sitting out there having a beer. Tarifa old town is just a 30min hike along the coastal hiking path. Nice town, many bars and restaurants. We spent a daytrip to Sevilla, another one to Cadiz. Gibraltar is just 50 min away and we also took the ferry to Tangier for an overnight stay. Much to do, but just sitting in the garden for us was like a Zen meditation. The ultimate place to be for everyone who wants to escape from the usual live. Almost like another planet.

The only negative thing is that the place unfortunately is not for sale 😁

Wonderful location, we found here the peace and quiet we were looking for. We liked the outdoor terrace and the view of Africa the most. Also that as soon as you step outside the gate you are greeted by nature. This place is suitable for nature and silence seekers.

The bedroom is too small, but not a big problem for a few nights.

The cabin was not so clean, many of insects inside the house were making our stay a bit unpleasant. Low door sills and strangely situated furniture made a lot of bumps on our bodies.
