Nous avons apprécié le logement et surtout sa localisation.

Le ménage aurait pu être un peu plus soigné, notamment certains tiroirs de la cuisine. Nous n'avons pas pu utiliser la terrasse du 2ème étage à cause de la chaleur mais cette terrasse et la grille du barbecue mériteraient un sérieux nettoyage.

Very central location close to all Tavira has to offer. Good quiet sleep as it was down a little street very well equipped kitchen and lots of hot water

A lovely apartment with a good source of light, even on a rainy day. Everything is functional, with a warm sense of home. Thank you 💓

Lots of space. Near the centre of town. Netflix. Terrace - and sunny in the corner in the morning (in winter). I think it would be sunnier at other times of the year when the sun is higher. Free parking very close by (100 m away) next to the bridge. Also possible to pull in and unload shopping and suitcases alongside the house. The terrace is pretty private and not obviously overlooked.

Because the living areas are quite open plan it's difficult to get those spaces really warm in winter (although there is air conditioning, which works OK).

Good proximty to shops, market, historic town centre, ferry to island beaches. Right in the heart of the town. Ample free parking a short walk away (few hundred metres). Excellent restaurant only a few doors away in the same street along with other excelent restaurants in the town. Property infrmation book give recommendations. Roof terrace good for relaxation. Host very freindly and accommodating.

No major dislikes. Lounge area is a little bit plain with simple furniture but don't let this put you off.

Spacious, good beds, air conditioning, well equipped kitchen.

- On the opposite side of the narrow street is a cooling installation that runs day and night: makes some irritating noises - The roof top terrace is great, but during our stay in July far too hot to be used. But it must be nice in spring and autumn.

Friendly host, good location, clean.

Breakfast N/A. The location was perfect for bird watching on the salt pans and all parts of the town and restaurants.

Would have been better if we had plugs for the kitchen sink and bathroom wash basin.

We arrived late and the owner met us with the keys, he messaged whilst we were there to make sur we were OK and he let us have a slightly later check out.

The pillows were not good , the roof terrace had not been swept, there were only 2 wine glasses and 2 mugs even tho the property could accommodate four.
