Ronchini was a wonderful host. He met us at the carpark and helped carry our bags to the apartment, booked dinner at a local restaurant for us which was delicious. Home was quiet and close to restaurants and gelato shop. Cute and comfortable accomodation. Only stayed one night before flying out of Rome. 50 minutes to the airport- so worked really well as an alternative to staying in Rome. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. The hosts have thought of every detail to make their guests comfortable. It’s a lovely, beautifully decorated, very clean, comfortable and perfectly located home. It’s in a quiet location yet is only a 5 minute walk to Villa D’Este and other Tivoli sites. It’s also located near many restaurants and cafes. We loved our stay here.

Great location, friendly hosts with good communication. Small but well equipped kitchen, comfy rooms.

The stairs are very steep. The floor upstairs is very noisy - creaky floorboards!

Es una casa antigua, tipica, con todas las comodidades, impecable. Se nota que la anfitriona esta muy atenta a todos los detalles para el confort del huesped. Tiene todo lo que necesita el viajero: elementos para hacer cafe, mantas y almohadas extra, elementos de higiene en el baño, cocina completa, lavavajilla, lavarropas, etc. Sin dudas, recomendable.

The historic feel of the city and the buildings were very unique

The sofa bed was not as expected and very uncomfortable. The wood floors were extremely noisy. Did not meet the host until we were leaving

"The property was a genuine C15th building with nice mod cons. Our host was very attentive."

We had issues in Italy with phoning hosts, even with SIm cards. It was a relief when our host met us at the agreed [Whatsapp] time.

The stairs up to the first floor are not for the faint-hearted. They are steep and require care coming down, esp at night.
