Location, well-appointed and organized, good space.

Hidden fees (cleaning, credit card surcharge), tiny bathroom sink.

Cute little unit with all the amenities. It was perfect for the two of us. Bed was comfortable.

Checkout is strictly at 10am. We were just finishing putting our luggage in the car and a staff member was standing at the door of our unit ready to clean since 9:55 which made us a bit uncomfortable as we don’t like anyone waiting. It could also be because of the busy period. Apart from that, the stay was perfect and we will stay again if we visit twizel in future.

Great location, great accommodation facility, internal fitout is excellent.

This comment is not about disliking anything and Shower place is great, modifying shower mixer can reduce water usage, at the moment, its either cold or hot water, but water be slowed or mixed.

Super clean and the location was awesome

It’s pricey for the small space. Handling the trash was quite annoying. It got way too cold at night.

Place was very neat and clean. Had everything we needed. And close to the town square.

The cleaning staff arrived at 10, and we were done packing, but wanted to just wear our shoes and needed 3-4 minutes in the room, but they were rude.

Comfortabe bed. Good location. Quiet neighbourhood. Parking at door front. Equipped with air conditioning.

The kitchen sink cabinet was reek of fish. It was extremely unpleasant. Informed the property management but they only blamed the guest before us for cooking fish for breakfast. No follow up action was done whatsoever. I guess they could have done a more thorough cleaning before letting us checking in. And also the window mesh was very dusty. Again, could have done a better job at cleaning.

Even though it is a small unit, you can get all you need. Definitely it is a good place to stay in with very affordable price. The staff were extremely responsive.

Hopefully you can provide the refillable body and hair shampoo and conditioner instead of in two small packets. The unit can be quite hot in the afternoon if the air con is not turned on. You can hear the sounds from the street if it is too loud. Not suggest to turn on the air con, water heater and cook stove at the same time as it can trip the power supply.

Central location within Twizel. The unit is well-equipped for a few nights stay. There is a decent amount of space for two people. The aircon / heater worked amazingly. The adjustable TV was appreciated. Very clean and bed was comfortable. Parking was very easy.

To be picky, the bathroom can be a tight squeeze and the bathroom sink is very narrow, however, the shower itself is great. Understandably, the unit is not very soundproof (can hear cars and people outside) although the curtains and blinds do greatly help with privacy.
