+ spacious and comfortable + great location, only 10 minutes walk from the centre with a few little cafes / shops nearby. Other than the neighbour's TV, it was a quiet area. + good facilities, lovely bathroom & comfortable beds + check in process was fairly smooth, googled about the need to provide passport details - apparently that’s a requirement in Italy!

- there is a neighbour who watches TV both late into the night and early in the morning. We weren't sure if it was poor sound insulation or the volume was very loud, either way you could hear it word for word. If you’re a heavy sleeper, then this apartment is perfect but unfortunately we are not so this did spoil our stay. - an airer for drying clothes would be handy. - it is a bit dark during the day, it would be nice if you could roll up the blinds in the lounge - the 2nd room & lounge didn’t have any lamps, I’m not a fan of sitting with the big light on! - maybe a booklet of general advice / instructions would be handy on things like using the washing machine, things nearby etc
