Great location. Decor was really nice. Well equipped and very warm. Hosts were really helpful.

Parking was tricky but we managed to get round it. There was a cafetière but no coffee machine

For our dogs I think we would have preferred a larger outdoor area. Think the wash basin in bathroom is perhaps a bit blocked. Would have appreciated some oven gloves

Beautiful accommodation, very clean and with every thing you need away from home. Loved the heating control, so easy to manage and it was really effective. Sofas and beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for the 3 of us. Good location close to the centre of Whitby. Very cosy and beautifully appointed.

Parking - we visited in term time and the road was full every day except our arrival day when we managed to squeeze into a space. That said there was room on neighbouring streets. Just something to consider if you are visiting during holiday periods as it might be more difficult to find nearby parking. Steps - the steps to the front door are steep and there are little steps into some of the rooms which we kept missing despite the black and yellow tape! I wouldn't say it was a major problem but my 86 year old Dad struggled a little. The cottage is higher up so getting back up to it on foot might be difficult if you have mobility issues.

Very easy check in. Location was great. Would definitely stay again.

Only 2 wine glasses and no oven glove. This did not affect our stay but it is worth addressing as it can be easily sorted.

Very clean,modern lovely property.everything you need was there including the nice touch with the biscuits, highly recommend .

On site parking was an issue but luckily enough we had bought a car parking permit prior to our stay.
