Host & Stay - Esk View

Good location very clean and tidy

Garden needed a tidy up. Oven tricky to work. Too many upsell emails.

Location is good. Size etc all decent and as photos

Tv and broadband not working. Whilst the ‘host and stay’ agents were very contactable, afterwards their customer support refused to deal with this in a way I would have considered appropriately.

Lovely property, nice good quality furniture and all you could need in kitchen. Beds were very comfortable

The house was in dire need of cleaning. The waste bin was filthy. Carpets were in need of a good hovering (black bits, fluff and dog hairs) All rooms needed a good dusting, you could not see it immediately, but when the sun shone it was obvious that it had not been dusted for quite a while. We also did not appreciate used dig poop bags outside the back door, which by the way are still there.

The location was great, the house was clean and the beds made for a brilliant nights sleep.

The parking (not the properties responsibility) the street was very busy with people trying to park.

Lovely furnished property with beautiful views over the Esk. Large garden which was great for the dog.

Was great for our weekend away, location was good and easy to get to main parts of Whitby. Being able to park near the property was a bonus (if you dropped lucky)
