GBVery small very cold & draughty need instructions up for heating only stays on for 2 hours had to ring host & stay to get heating on very complicated took over an hour to work it out sofas were very uncomfortable & steep& narrow stairs on the good side was nice & clean good location

Smaller than expected. Staircase unsuitable for elderly or children.
GBBed linen and towels were clean.
Unsafe restricted cooking area, was difficult enough with the sink next to cooker to wash mugs. Room was cold downstairs due to the front door, heating difficult to work, room too small for all the kitchen cupboards. Wasn’t pleasant or comfortable to spend an evening in.

The Heating is all electric and does take a little figuring out. BEWARE... Do not accidentally leave any items in the property after check out as you will not get them back after you leave ( accidentally left Christmas gifts in the property realized on arriving home contacted HOST & STAY who denied anything had been left in the property)

The all night disco, the front door falling off, the lack of customer service from Hist and statmy, absolutely shambolic.
