Posizione perfetta a pochissimi minuti dalle spiagge. La casa è molto bella e attrezzata, soprattutto l'area esterna da cui si possono godere bellissimi Tramonti ! I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibilissimi.

Electricity went out within 30 minutes of our arrival, leaving the property without power in extreme 40°C heat. This not only shut down essential amenities like air conditioning, making the environment unsafe for our two toddlers, but it also caused the entrance gates to lock us inside the property. When I asked the host what we could do, they responded with a lack of empathy, stating there was nothing we could do but wait.

The house is more beautiful than in pictures. Located less than 1 km from city center, in the middle of nature, quit and private, beautiful garden, nothing missing in the kitchen and in the house, clean and cozy.

Detached house with a beautiful garden, a lot of quiet, a lot of privacy. Very well taken care of, the house has everything you need. Very clean and easy accessible. Shops are 5 Minutes walk, great beaches 5 Minutes car ride. If you thinking of spending your vacation in Sivota I would recommend this accommodation. Its suited for everyone, family's, couples and people with pets :)

We were on vacation with two of our dogs,the owners are great and very pleasant, the house is perfect, very clean, very private, no neighbors and the garden is beautiful with pretty vegetation that provides a lot of shade so you can spend relaxing morning coffee's enjoying the sounds of nature. The market is about 6 minutes walk from the property and the Riviera about 12 Minutes. There are 6+ great beaches in a 5-10 Minutes car drive reach. I recommend Dei beach. 😉 There is also a lot of nature around, where you can take your pets for a walk. So if you want to spend a great summer vacation in Syvota, this is the property you should book 🙂

Excellent house. Perfect location. Super friendly and kind hosts. It is my second time there and i loved it.
