Mökki oli sisältä viihtyisä ja alakerta oli tilava, vuoteet olivat melko hyviä nukkua. Astioita ja keittiövälineitä oli riittävästi. Pihalla oleva kota oli mukava. SIinä oli valaistus ja riittävästi istumatilaa.

Mökki kaipaisi pientä pintaremonttia pääasiassa ulkoapäin. Terassi aika kuluneen näköinen ja terrassilla muutama lauta notkui irti. Ulkokalusteet olivat osin tosi kuluneita ja huonossa kunnossa. Paljun ulkokuori oli kulunut. Saunassa lauteet narisivat ja saunan porrasjakkara oli heilakka. Yläkerrassa paljon vuoteita, mutta kulkeminen osaan vuoteista oli hankalaa, kun yläkatto oli niin matala ja vino, että ei soveltunut aikuisten liikkumiseen. Televisio ei toiminut kunnolla.
