We had a great short stay in November. The property is most attractive, well maintained and situated in a quiet residential area and only a 20 minute downhill walk to Tavira town centre. We found some great restaurants, bars and shops, some as recommended by the owner. The good sized pool is right outside, ideal for a dip and the first floor terrace was great for meals with mountain and sea views. We found some amazing beaches. The owner and agent were extremely efficient and communicative. The property had everything we could have wanted.

Incroyablement située avec vue sur les montagnes et l océan,sur les oliviers,sur la piscine,la superbe terrasse avec vue aussi.Pas loin à pied de Tavira par joli chemin.

Un peu moins l' isolation (pas de porte 3ème chambre) et cris des enfants (pas repris par leurs parents !) dans la piscine qui résonnent à l intérieur.

Beaucoup d’équipements, la terrasse, la climatisation dans chaque chambre et séjour, la terrasse et sa vue sur le coucher de soleil, la gentillesse des agents, la piscine.

L’âge de l’électroménager mais au moins ils existent. Les sanitaires et l’ameublement étaient propres mais les sols pas trop. Certains coussins et couvres-lits étaient tachés.

Nice accommodation, in a quiet and peaceful spot, just up from the town

Cooker could do with replacing as there wasn’t a grill, so we couldn’t cook fish.

"Tavira is a lovely place to visit, Villa was good and very clean."

The villa was lovely, well laid out, within a small complex which was nice, lovely shared swimming pool. Well maintained View from balcony lovely, could see the sea.

Little further out to walk into Tavira, but this was mentioned in booking.com that depending of person how long it takes. But uber taxis are good. Can walk down and get taxi back
