Die Lage des Hauses; der Garten, die Terrasse; Ausstattung mit Gartengrill und Strandkorb.

Die Kopfkissen und die Zudecken gehören unbedingt ausgewechselt und entsorgt. Müllentsorgung grundsätzlich unklar; keine klaren Anweisungen wo entsorgt werden soll. Auf der Terrasse lag bei unserem Einzug eine stinkende Plastiktüte voller Zigarettenkippen! Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist zu hoch, was die Ausstattung (z.B. Stühle / Esszimmer) und die Reinigungsgebühr betreffen!
